Amaya Gaming Group to provide poker platform and casino content for Golden Nugget's online gaming portals
MONTREAL, Oct. 22, 2013 /CNW/ - 阿马亚博彩集团公司（Amaya Gaming Group Inc.） ("Amaya" or the "Corporation") (TSX: AYA), an entertainment solutions provider for the regulated gaming industry, today announced that it has entered into an agreement (the "Agreement") to provide technology, including a poker platform and casino content, and poker services for goldennuggetpoker.com and goldennuggetcasino.com (the "Brands"), the online gaming brands of 金块酒店和赌场（Golden Nugget Hotel & Casino） ("Golden Nugget"), subject to all applicable licensing and regulatory approvals.
Golden Nugget operates four Golden Nugget Hotels and Casinos in Atlantic City, New Jersey, Las Vegas and Laughlin, Nevada, and Biloxi, Mississippi. Its fifth location was recently announced for a site in Lake Charles, Louisiana.

"Amaya provides proven online casino games and a poker platform that deliver precisely what we need. Through this partnership we can supply exceptional and secure online entertainment, supported by the strong brand of our land-based casinos."
Under the terms of the Agreement, Amaya would receive a share of the revenue generated from the Brands, subject to necessary regulatory requirements.
