Thank you for your reply.
We apologize for any confusion however the email message you received is
the automated message that is sent when player's account status has been
changed. This was done in order for you to be able to request a cashout;
however you still cannot play for Real Money and unfortunately sending
documents won't change anything.
Please feel free to request a cashout your winning to your preferred
method and let us know once it is done.
